she was born on 9 september in Ponce, Puerto Rico.She is Puerto Rican actress and beauty pageants title holder who was the fourth woman from her country to win the Miss Universe contest.Prior of wining the Miss Universe pageant,she represented her hometown of Lares in the Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2001 pageant.Since relinquishing the title,Quinones attended the School for Film and Television's two-years consevatory acting programme.Quinones has starred in the Spanish version of Nilo Cruz's play Ana en el tropico(Anna in the tropics) and continues to hone her talents in the United States.For her role in the Anna in the tropics she was nominated and awarded an ACE and Hola Awards.In October 2005,she was selected for the role of Dona Rosita,in a production of Federico Garcia Lorca's play Dona Rosita la soltera.

A:"I'm trying really to find something that I would want in the past,but I really enjoyed all my life,all the good opportunities that I've had and all those not good that moments,but they helped me to grow.And I have enjoyed all my life.And I thank God for each step that He has given me.I have no regrets."
